Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process before shipment.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and we do everything possible to minimize processing time.

Shipping and Delivery

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking numbers are generally activated within 24 hours but may take longer to update during peak seasons or holidays.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Please note: external factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs processes may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is usually updated within 48–72 hours of shipment.

If you encounter any issues tracking your package, please contact us at sales.tcinob@gmail.com, and we will assist you within 48 hours.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if the request is made before shipment.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please email us promptly at sales.tcinob@gmail.com. If your order qualifies, we will issue a full refund.

 

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country.

These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by Tcinob.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more details on possible charges.
