1. 7-Day Return Policy

  • Customers have 7 days from the receipt of their order to notify TCINOB if they wish to return an item.

  • All items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us immediately. As part of the return process, you will be required to provide clear images of the damaged or defective item.

  • Once we receive the images and confirm the product is damaged, we will process your refund or offer an exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after confirmation and will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items that are damaged, broken, or defective due to a manufacturing issue can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • For all other returns, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

4. Return Process

  • Step 2: After we confirm your return request, we will provide further instructions on where to send the product back.

  • Step 3: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Refund if package is lost

  • Refund if items arrive damaged

  • Refund if no delivery within 30 days

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
