1. 7-Day Return Policy

Customers have 7 days from the receipt of their order to notify TCINOB if they wish to return an item.

All items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us immediately. As part of the return process, you will be required to provide clear images of the damaged or defective item.

Once we receive the images and confirm the product is damaged, we will process your refund or offer an exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after confirmation and will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Return Conditions

Items that are damaged, broken, or defective due to a manufacturing issue can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

For all other returns, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
